You might have caught me judging and eliminating culinary creations on Series 1 and 2 of BRITAIN'S BEST DISH on ITV. I was delighted to then be asked back to judge the celebrity version, CELEBRITY BEST DISH.

Hot stuff: a day of specialist chilli and chilli products judging for the 2022 Great Taste Awards. I`ve also specialised in spirits and pre-mixed cocktails, and coffee pods and bags, as well as general judging. I`ve learned so much from the GTAs and hope to continue expanding my culinary repertoire with them.

I love demonstrating at food events. Here I am making my Black Forest trifle at the Didcot Food Festival, Oxfordshire.

I`m always cooking at home. This mixture became a steamed chocolate sponge pudding with chocolate sauce for Sunday lunch.
